When will my purchase arrive?
Most orders are delivered in game within 1 to 10 minutes. Just be online with the username you bought for and it will show up.
I didn't get my purchase, what now?
Wait up to 10 minutes and relog first. If it still has not come through, open a support ticket in our Discord with your transaction ID and we will get it sorted.
What is your refund policy?
All payments are final and cannot be refunded. Filing a chargeback or fraud claim will get you permanently banned from the UltraSMP network, and possibly other Tebex stores too.
